About This Position

AxisHR is looking for experienced and resilient professionals for the Credit Recovery Team of a growing Fintech organization. The Credit Recovery Executive will be responsible for following up on outstanding credit obligations, communicating with customers regarding repayments, and supporting timely recovery through consistent and professional follow-up. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, mental resilience, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding credit obligations and repayments
• Conduct regular follow-ups on assigned credit recovery cases
• Handle challenging and sensitive customer conversations professionally
• Negotiate with customers and facilitate appropriate repayment follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of customer communication and recovery status
• Monitor assigned cases and ensure timely follow-up
• Work toward assigned credit recovery targets
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams when required
• Follow organizational policies and procedures throughout the recovery process

Requirements

• Previous experience or expertise in credit recovery, collection, or a related role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Mentally resilient and capable of handling challenging conversations
• Ability to remain professional while dealing with difficult situations
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
